The study populations consisted of 60 students from the 2nd year PCL Nursing Programs of Nursing Campus, Maharajgunj, which is located in the north of the Kathmandu, Nepal.

For the Selection of the students, random sample was used to divide the students in 3 equal group for example lecture small group discussion and mixed group. Steps of random sample are given in the (Appendix D II).
